LUZ MARCELA HOUSER CCIM
Founder of Somar Real Estate. She has a solid background in commercial real estate with over 18 years of experience. Main disciplines of expertise include: acquisition, disposition, leasing, investments and commercial property management.
She obtained the coveted CCIM designation which has allowed her to analyze property performance and develop strategic plans for assets. She provides financial analytics to clients which facilitate the decision-making process.
Having worked for major brokerage houses such as Coldwell Banker Commercial and Colliers International, with clients such as Walmart de Mexico, earned a Top Producer Recognition and managed property in several states, attest to her hard work, a reputation of dedication, integrity, efficiency and professionalism.
Her bilingual (English / Spanish) and bi cultural skills allow her to serve a broader clientele.
